Since its inception KBA has continued to grow as a firm, recognized throughout Maine and beyond, for the attention that it gives to every client and collaborator. Having an office that showcases the type of work that we do helps to reinforce our mission as we continue forward. With our growth over the last few years, we needed a new place to call home. We had outgrown our previous office and there was unfortunately no room to expand at that current location. We looked to other possibilities, in Falmouth, and came across this brand-new building that is helping changing theFalmouth Skyline, as it continues to grow.

Our new almost 3000 square-foot space is double the size of what we previously had as a working office. This new space provides plenty of space to spread out for each of our staff, as well as the increase in natural daylight has done wonders to energize staff during the day. The space is intentionally left very open with low partition walls, dividing eight different work spaces. We have one closed-off office which does have a glass wall that lets light filter through that space into the open workspace.

We also have two conference rooms, one with an incredible view down US Route 1 andFalmouth in general and the other is more closed off and smaller. This has been very useful for multiple meetings happening at the same time, but also it doubles as a quiet “zoom” space or a place to take more private phone calls. Nice added features, which we previously did not have, are a lounge area and outdoor deck for a more comfortable place to meet or have lunch. The kitchenette is off the lounge area as well.

We are enjoying our new office space and it is going to service well now and into the future with room to grow but as a firm we don’t for see being much larger than we currently are.
